30 Minute Fitness Programs

The training programs at Renew Fitness are unique in the fitness industry. They offer a safe, effective, and user-friendly program with fitness options. Renew Fitness training programs include a Toning and Aerobic program, Fitness and strength programs, and the option to create your own custom program. Each program circuit consists of sixteen stations. The circuits move in a clock-wise motion in 30-second intervals. Three times around a circuit equals a 30-minute total body workout.

Toning and Aerobic Program

The Toning and Aerobic program differs from the Fitness or Strength programs in a number of ways. The Toning and Aerobic program circuit has eight hydraulic and “Magnatech” fitness stations and eight cardiovascular stations known as aerobic stations. The aerobic stations separate the fitness stations. For example: upper body, aerobic, lower body, aerobic, etc. Each cycle through the circuit is designed for a constant fitness/cardiovascular workout. The number of repetitions maintains the target heart rate in each 30-second interval. All “Magnatech” stations are equipped with wireless hear rate monitors.

Fitness and Strength Programs

The Fitness and Strength program circuit is 16 fitness stations. All hydraulic stations have six levels of cylinder resistance with “1” the lowest and “6” the highest resistance. All “Magnatech” stations have ten levels of resistance with “1” the lowest and “10” the highest resistance. All this allows the user to tailor each cycle or workout to his or her individual levels. Renew Fitness recommends that you set the equipment at low resistance levels through the first cycle, allowing for a warm-up period. Then, increase the resistance and decrease teh repetitions in the second and third cycles while maintaining your target heart rate. All “Magnatech” stations are equipped with wireless heart rate monitors.

Customize your own program by integrating various machines through both toning and aerobic programs and the Fitness and Strength programs.

Stretching

Each workout is followed by a stretching / cool-down phase..
